From this terrace you have also access to the swimming pool area and the nice built barbecue. The friendly family resort of Jávea is a sprawling town with two main beaches and an historic old town at only 1 Km. away from this villa. A harbour and fish market can be found at 2 Km from the villa, offering stylish restaurants, great views and a pebbly beach. The popular, sandy Arenal Beach at 4 Km. from the villa, has a palm-lined promenade of shops, bars and restaurants, while at night the town comes alive with market stalls and street performers.

Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides. The villa is distributed over 2 levels, which is accessed by a small flight of stairs that leads to a beautiful covered terrace. With an American kitchen open to the living room, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The exterior has a private pool with built-in Roman stairs for better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay. With air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars. Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters. Xàbia still retains its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched doorways, Gothic windows and wrought iron railings, all finished off by the characteristic "rough stone" of the area.
