The villa is filled with indoor and outdoor spaces designed for enjoyment in the best company, making this house a destination in itself. From every room, you can contemplate the beautiful views of the garden and the Cantabrian landscape.
The property is completely enclosed, offering total privacy and plenty of corners to get lost in.
HOUSE DISTRIBUTION
Ground floor: A floor of over 200 m² where you will find several lounges, resting areas, leisure spaces, various dining areas, as well as the kitchen and a toilet.
First floor: The 4 double bedrooms and a bathroom are located on this floor.
Second floor: The master bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a dressing room, and a small lounge with a billiards area.
KITCHEN
Modern, equipped with all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven). It also features a spacious dining table and a breakfast bar.
OUTDOOR AREA
Located on a closed plot of 8000 square meters, you will find a private pool (open in the summer months: july and august), spacious green areas to relax, and a parking area.
PARKING AREA
There is an outdoor parking area within the property with a capacity for up to 5 cars.

It is only a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Somo and Loredo, a region with a vibrant surf culture. The presence of surf schools, specialized shops, and surf-related events has contributed to consolidating the reputation of Somo as a prominent destination for surf enthusiasts.

We will send you an email to complete the online check-in on the same day as the booking confirmation, and we will send it to you again 7 days before your arrival.
