The villa in Els Poblets has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 7 people.
This is a mediterranean style villa, very well decorated. It is at jonly 300 m from a peable beach and at 700 m from the sand beach. There are restaurants and a small supermarket at a walking distance. It is located at 2 km from Els Poblets town and at 8 km from Denia´s center. Lovely garden and private pool (10x3 m), terraces covered and uncovered. Inside we have a large and nice living room and an opened full fitted kitchen, 3 doble bedrooms, one of them with "en suite" toilet, one single bedroom and another shower room. Air conditionning in the living room and ceilling fans in bedrooms. It has views to the mountain and the garden. There is also another exterior shower.
95 km from the airport, 600 km from the supermarket. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning in the living room, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, French).
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm’s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on.
