The Alfar bungalow is located in a beautiful residential complex with a spacious community area featuring a large swimming pool and garden. It is a cozy duplex that is ideal for spending peaceful vacations with family, partner, or friends and is distributed over 2 floors: On the upper floor are the bedrooms, one with a double bed, balcony, and air conditioning, and the other with 2 single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor is the dining room, the kitchen with an American bar with all the necessary appliances and utensils, also the washing machine and 1 bathroom with shower. From the living room, we access the private terrace and from here to the community access area and from the kitchen, access to the private and covered parking for one space. This urbanization in Els Poblets has a good location to access everything, the Almadrava beach with pebble stones just 150 meters away, but this same beach at about 900 meters is of fine sand. Beach bar about 150 meters away, restaurant about 400 meters away as well as a supermarket. There is an urban bus stop to go to Denia or travel all the beaches of the northern area of Denia just 600 meters away. Els Pobles is the nearest town and has all services and activities, and Denia, capital of Marina Alta, is just a 15-minute drive away, with great cultural, leisure, and sports attractions, not forgetting that it offers an excellent gastronomic offer both day and night.
