This spacious and comfortable single-storey apartment with a maximum capacity of 4 people consists of a lounge/living room with sofa, armchair and large screen 4k TV, dining area with large table and four chairs, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200, built-in wardrobe and adjoining bathroom with large shower tray, another bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, and built-in wardrobe. A second bathroom, next to this last bedroom, also with a generous shower tray (walk-in). The surface of this first set is 75 m². It includes air conditioning and internet for 4G mobile network coverage. It offers a large terrace of 44 m² facing East/Southeast. Furnished with plants, large garden furniture, a table and four chairs, from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the nature reserve and the Mediterranean Sea.
Easy parking on the streets of the residential. There are outdoor elevators to move between a large communal area and the three swimming pools (maximum depth 1.40 m). These, with their green garden environment, with a waterfall and two jacuzzis, provide relaxation and well-being for the whole family. Available: sun loungers, cloakroom and bathrooms.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTY ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
After signing the rental agreement, the tenants undertake to take note of the welcome book, with all its practical information, tips for the good use of the accommodation's equipment and rules for living together in the residential area. It is committed to respecting and enforcing them.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend that you bring a small kit with various cleaning/laundry products. The pressure cooker, mixer, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for them, don't forget to bring them!
The collection of keys will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 p.m. There is the possibility of collecting keys outside office hours, by requesting the one in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. The accommodation will be checked out and evicted before 10:00 in the morning. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation upon prior consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options, to deal with possible damage, either to leave a deposit of 150€ that will be returned to you after the inspection of the apartment, or to take out a non-refundable exemption from ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of 28€.
The beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, 3 km respectively 8 km away, offer first aid services in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacies, and many other services. The slope leading to the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle so that you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many trails for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marsh. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. Playa de l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings between the beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be enjoyed on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.

Podría tener ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones y en el salón, y las duchas son estupendas pero se sale el agua continuamente, hay que tener mucho cuidado para no encharcar los baños.
