Maximum capacity 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, patio, and living-dining room with access to the garden and the communal pools. Free parking space available in the urbanization.
In Verazul textile urbanization, about 600 meters from the beach, with communal pools for adults and children (open from 15/06 to 15/09), children's playground, and garden areas. Close to bars and restaurants.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged separately. In case of monthly rental out of season with discount, electricity is not included. Pets are not admitted. Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
