Maximum capacity 4 adults. There is 1 double bedroom, living-dining room with single sofa bed + single bed (80x190), fully equipped kitchen and complete bathroom. Free outdoor parking space available in the urbanization.
In Veramar 5 textile urbanisation, with garden areas, communal pool (open in summer) and children's play area. Several bars and restaurants near the urbanisation and a large supermarket about 600m.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets / groups of young people are not accepted. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Hemos estado 15 días y la verdad que muy agusto. La urbanización es muy tranquila y está muy bien ubicada, a un paso de la playa. Mis hijas han disfrutado muchísimo en la piscina , que era estupenda. En cuanto al apartamento está bien equipado y nos see more

En cuanto al apartamento está bien equipado y nos han atendido muy bien cuando lo hemos necesitado. La cafetera fallaba y de seguida nos trajeron una nueva. Tiene dos terrazas fantásticas una más pequeña con bonitas vistas y otra más grande donde disfrutar de una cena agradable.
