In Torrelaguna textil urbanization, about 450 meters from Las Marinas-Bolaga beach, with a communal pool and garden areas, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. No pets / groups of young people are accepted ( NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
