Maximum capacity 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with access to the south facing terrace. Free parking space available in underground garage.
In Nassau textile urbanization, with elevator, communal pool (open in July and August) and gardens. Several bars and restaurants about 100m and a large supermarket about 800m.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / reservation is allowed (with supplement). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Nos sorprende bastante su comentario sobre el aire acondicionado, ya que está funcionando perfectamente en todo lo que llevamos de verano. Es una pena que no nos comunicase su descontento por el a/a durante su estancia, ya que habríamos enviado a un profesional para que lo verificase. Los colchones también son artículos de los que no estamos recibiendo quejas, pero se revisarán. ¡Saludos!
