Apartment on the 1st floor in Torremar Natura naturist complex, located 400 meters from El Playazo Beach, with air conditioning/heating in living room, TV with Spanish channels, and a south facing terrace to enjoy outdoors.
Maximum capacity 4 adults. There is a double bedroom, living-dining room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a large bathtub. Free exterior covered parking space available in the urbanization.
The naturist complex Torremar Natura has a communal outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, minigolf, and a social club with WiFi area, vending machines and library. Several bars and restaurants about 100m and a large supermarket about 200m.
ATTENTION: Naturist development. It is mandatory to be without clothes in the swimming pool area. In the rest of the common areas of the urbanization there are no restrictions.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / booking is welcome. Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
