Apartment on the second floor without elevator, with air conditioning/heating, free WiFi, TV with Spanish channels, and a south-facing terrace to enjoy the sun.
Maximum capacity 4 adults. There is one bedroom with double bed and a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, living-dining room with sofa bed and access to the terrace.
In Lomas del Mar 1 textile urbanization, with 2 communal pools + 2 children's pools (open only during the summer), an indoor heated pool (not open in summer), 2 paddle tennis courts, and a small playground. A big supermarket, bars and restaurants are located in the area. El Playazo Beach and Puerto Rey Beach are around 5 minutes away by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets are welcome (only 1 pet / booking). Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Hemos estado súper agusto en el apartamento, la zona comunitaria está muy bien y se puede aparcar en la zona del complejo sin problema. Si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en repetir.
