Maximum capacity 4 adults. There is 1 bedroom + 1 en suite bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with double sofa-bed and with access to a balcony. From the balcony there is access by stairs to the terrace-solarium. Parking space available in underground garage.
In Residencial Alborada (textile urbanization), with elevator, a large communal pool + children's pool (pools open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis courts and children's playground. Bars and restaurants about 200m away and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 kWh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / reservation is welcome. Groups of your people are not accepted. Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed.
