Description
The Xaloc residential complex is located in the central area of Xeraco Beach, 60 meters from the sand. It is a 3-story construction, with ground, first, and second floors, without an elevator.
First-floor apartment with a spacious South-facing terrace with awnings. It has a bedroom with bunk beds, closets, and a dresser for storing clothes and other items. Living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (1.20 cm), next to an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Includes WIFI service.
Furnished practically and functionally for 2/4 people. Equipped with washer, microwave, TV, and AC in the living-dining room. Pets are not allowed. A parking space is optionally available upon request.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The city council of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
The beach of Xeraco offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. Amueblado práctica y funcionalmente para 2/4 personas. Provisto de lavadora, microondas, televisor y servicio WIFI. AC en el salón comedor. No se admiten grupos de gente joven. Se admiten mascotas bajo petición, peso máximo 10 kg (suplemento 5 €/noches). NO SE ADMITE GRUPO DE GENTE JOVEN (edades inferiores a treinta años). Nuestros apartamentos se entregan limpios e incluyen ropa de cama y toallas. Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal.
