Description
The residential LES MOTES is a low-rise three-storey construction without a lift, located on the first line of the beach with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota 40, near restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.
It offers a beautiful swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas.
Penthouse apartment on the second floor, all in perfect condition. It has three bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower tray, a toilet, independent kitchen with dishwasher and a large 20 m2 terrace (with awning) facing South with fabulous sea views. From here, you can access the private upper terrace via stairs. The living room has access to the terrace and is equipped with air conditioning, as is the master bedroom. Includes parking space.
Capacity 6/7 people. NO YOUNG GROUPS UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD ARE ALLOWED.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Departure and evacuation of accommodations will be before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a €150 deposit to be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is significant for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.

Descans es un edificio de cuatro alturas con ascensor situado en la zona CENTRO/NORTE de la playa de Xeraco, en las proximidades de supermercados y otros muchos servicios. Situado treinta metros de la arena. El apartamento en cuarta planta, con tres dormitorios dobles, un baño completo con plato de ducha, cocina independiente y salón comedor con salida a una terraza (con toldo) de orientación norte lateral. También una segunda terraza de orientación Sur con toldo con acceso desde la cocina. Vistas al mar desde ambas terrazas. Incluye servicio WIFI. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio principal, así como ventiladores en las habitaciones secundarias. No admite mascotas. No se admiten grupos de gente joven en edades inferiores a treinta años. A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, perdida de llaves y/o incumplimiento del horario de salida, está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás el desalojo previa revisión del alojamiento. Cambio de ropa de cama quincenal. El ayuntamiento de Xeraco ofrece y gestiona un servicio WIFI público gratuito a lo largo de toda la playa de Xeraco (servicio no garantizado dentro de los apartamentos). La playa de Xeraco ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta. La pendiente de entrada al agua en la orilla, es suave, ideal para pequeños y más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios. Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante. No olvidemos la pesca, practicable en playas, brazos de mar y ríos.1 review
