Apartamento con tres dormitorios dobles y dos baños (aseo y ducha), con fabulosas y panorámicas vistas, amueblado para disfrutar de unas cómodas y confortables vacaciones. Orientación Norte, todo exterior a excepción de los baños. Cocina completamente equipada con lavavajillas. Desde el amplio salón-comedor con aire acondicionado, se accede a una terraza y mobiliario, donde se disfrutan de unas maravillosas vistas al mar, y a la montaña. Cuenta con unas amplias zonas comunes que ofrece una bonita piscina rodeada de césped con un bonito puente que la cruza por arriba, pista de tenis y de padel, también cuenta con una barbacoa comunitaria. Servicio WIFI incluido. Tiene plaza de aparcamiento. Ideal para familias con niños, con todo tipo de servicios en las inmediaciones.

No se admiten grupos de gente joven en edades inferiores a treinta años.
A la llegada, tendrá dos opciones, para hacer frente a los posibles desperfectos, o bien, dejar una fianza de 150 € que se le devolverá tras la revisión, o bien, contratar una exención de daños ACCIDENTALES (Seguro) de 28€ no reembolsables.
La fianza se devolverá 24/48 horas trás la devolución de las llaves y después la revisión del apartamento.
