Dos dormitorios, dos baños (uno con plato de ducha), salón-comedor con aire acondicionado y práctica cocina con salida a la terraza. Amueblado práctica y funcionalmente para garantizar una cómoda estancia. Incluye plaza de garaje y servicio WIFI.
El complejo PALMERAS III, sito a 380 metros de la fina arena de la playa, cuenta con zona ajardinada, zona de juegos/columpios para niños, piscina comunitaria con charco infantil, gimnasio, sauna a vapor y jacuzzi. A cinco minutos a pie, rutas de Senderismo, windsurf, pádel surf, kitesurf, alquiler de la Catamaranes y patinetes.

A la llegada, tendrá dos opciones, para hacer frente a los posibles desperfectos, o bien, dejar una fianza de 150 € que se le devolverá tras la revisión, o bien, contratar una exención de daños ACCIDENTALES (Seguro) de 28€ no reembolsables.
Nuestros apartamentos se entregan limpios y equipados con ropa de cama y toallas. Incluye cambio de ropa de cama quincenal.
No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora, tostador ni secador de pelo. ¡Si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla! La recogida de llaves se efectuará en nuestras oficinas, en C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, a partir de las 13:00 horas. Existe la posibilidad de recogida de llaves fuera de horario de oficina, solicitando la anticipadamente y habiendo pagado completamente el apartamento y depositado la fianza con anterioridad. La salida y desalojo de los alojamientos se efectuará antes de las 10:00 horas de la mañana.
La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, la pendiente de entrada al agua es suave, ideal para los peques y los más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.

The Presidente apartment in Playa de Gandia is located in the north area of the beach, or Platja Nord, a few meters from the beach L ahuir. It is a residential area, with less density of tourists. You will find the sailing area where children and adults can do windsurfing, kayaking, paddle surfing. There are even paddle surf yoga classes and then a healthy breakfast in the Chiringuito. The apartment is located on the 6th floor. It is completely renovated and has air conditioning both in the living room and in the rest of the rooms. Free WIFI for homeoffice is good. The Las Salinas apartment is a beautiful and family-friendly complex, located 50 m from the beach, in one of the quietest areas of Gandia beach. Las Salinas offers you the comfort you are looking for on your vacation. Enjoy fantastic panoramic views from the terrace and the spacious living room. With the renovation, a room was eliminated and given to the living room, hence its spaciousness. In the double room we have a bunk bed with a double bed below for even 2 people and a single bed above. There are two swimming pools, a deep one for adults and a children's pool, the whole family can take a bath and relax sunbathing in the large garden that surrounds the area. Among its facilities you will also find tennis, basketball, large play areas, barbecue and parking space. If what you are looking for is a good apartment on the beach in Gandía, this is a fantastic option. Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and its beach services at all times of the year. You can practice water sports in the sea, in the summer season there is a multi-water sports school a few meters from the apartment. At the school you can enjoy windsurf, catamaran, kayak, PadelSurf classes. You can also learn the sport of Sailing at the Gandia sailing club in the yacht club area of Gandia beach. But if running is your thing, Gandia beach has a completely renovated path for runners and cyclists. Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach, it has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the yacht club.3 reviews
