The iconic MANILA residential complex is located in the central/northern beach area of Gandia, right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach just by crossing the Neptuno promenade. High-rise building with lift, offering two swimming pools surrounded by 1,000 m2 of landscaped areas. One of these is a paddling pool ideal for the little ones. Tennis, padel and street basketball courts. It also has a small park with swings. The apartment includes a covered and numbered parking space.
Fifth floor apartment with two terraces. One of them accessible from the master bedroom, and the second one accessible from the living room. Both with awnings. The main one faces East (fronting the seafront) with fabulous views of the beach and also of the pools and their surroundings. It offers a kitchen with access to a gallery-laundry room, a large living-dining room, two bathrooms (both with bathtub) and four bedrooms. Total of five single beds and one double bed. Ceiling fans in all rooms except the single bedroom. Offers WIFI service. Capacity 7/8 people. Pets not allowed. NO YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD ARE ALLOWED.
Upon key collection, a €150 deposit must be paid to cover any possible damage or loss of keys. Optionally, they can take out insurance for €28. The deposit will be refunded 24/48 hours after the return of the keys and after the apartment has been inspected.
The apartments are equipped with bed linen (fortnightly change) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 washroom/bath).
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during high season, the slope of the water entrance is gentle, ideal for the little ones and the elderly. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.

Aiguablava apartment is a luxury beachfront apartment in Gandia Beach with amazing sea views from the large terrace. We could say that has the most beautiful views of the Beach du to you can sea the Sea and all the fields. It is an amazing landscape. It is very soundless due to is the last one of the beach, but close to anything if your need it. With direct access to the sandy beach, you don´t need to cross any road to step on this. This is great for elderly and kids. Enjoy the beach and then come back to have a swim in this fantastic swimming-pool, or go to the gym or play tennis. We have just refurnished the apartment, painted and prepared to rent it. The apartment has a big terrace with furniture for eating and other for relaxing. Full equipped with Air-Conditioning, flat TV, dishwasher, washer-machine, and WIFI FREE, you will have a fantastic vacations. With beds for 5 and a sofa bed for 2, up to 7 people. Come to stay in the Apartment Aiguablava, you will never forget this vacation. This is located in the 7th floor.11 reviews
