Apartment complex located 300 meters from the beach and approximately 2.5 km from the center and 2.9 km from the old town.
The urbanization has a large communal area with 2 swimming pools for adults and children, a garden area and a sports area. Pools available from 06/16 to 09/15. Located in a quiet area, it has in the surroundings of a small supermarket, shops, restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy and bakery.
Due to the complexity of the apartments, the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments that we have.

It consists of three bedrooms, complete bathroom with shower, independent kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, living-dining room with sofa-bed, furnished terrace with table and chairs, awning and with views to the sea and castle of Peñiscola, WIFI, air conditioning.
