We had such a lovely holiday in this apartment. The staff at Orangecosta main office in Peniscola were all so very helpful and we felt extremely valued customers they went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The photos do not do the balcony enosee more

The staff at Orangecosta main office in Peniscola were all so very helpful and we felt extremely valued customers they went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The photos do not do the balcony enough justice, the view is one of the best we have experienced and the balcony is huge. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment provided plenty of cutlery & crockery, a washing machine, full oven/hob and fridge freezer. The promenade directly below the apartment is for pedestrians only, so no traffic noise. Being on the 7th floor, it's quiet anyway, apart from the relaxing sound of the sea. We were sad to leave.

La ubicación del inmueble es una pasada, una pena que esté deteriorado y poco actualizado. Le falta aire acondicionado sin duda alguna y un toldo más o persianas en las cristaleras de la terraza. Las habitaciones dan a un patio interior algo incomodo porque está demasiado junto de las ventanas del vecino, si huebiera persianas….sería diferente. Creo que es un piso muy chulo que deberían invertir un poco más.

La limpieza no es buena, nosotros fuimos a comprar lejía y paños según entramos, los cajones de la cocina estaban rotos literalmente, los armarios de la cocina tenían salpicones, y en un barreño (bajo del grifo de la cocina ) había una compresa usada ahí tirada que se veía perfectamente ( más el olor en que eso supone)
