Tiene una ubicación muy buena, cerca de las dos playas y muy cerca del centro de Peñíscola.
Tiene garaje cerrado. Toda la zona es zona azul por lo que es un gran detalle poder tener el coche aparcado sin preocuparte de echar la ora.

Tuvimos que comprar pilas para el mando de la televisión porque estaban gastadas.
Las pilas del mando del garaje también se estaban acabando, nos teníamos que bajar del coche y acercarnos mucho a la puerta para que abrieran
