Fabulous 3-bedroom apartment in Capistrano Playa exclusive urbanization. It has 1 double bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in another bedroom, 1 single bed in a third bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing a total of 6 guests. The apartment enjoys 2 large private terraces, both with stunning views of Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has an open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Capistrano Playa is a gorgeous urbanization with typical Andalusian houses surrounding a large ornamental lake with plants and fishes. It is located on top of a hill, so it enjoys amazing views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk away from the Burriana beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street. We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered. Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Luxurious, very modern Duplex Penthouse with spectacular sea views and 3 large terraces totaling 100 square meters with lounge area and outdoor shower and capacity for up to 6 people. The jewel of this apartment is the tranquility, the private terraces and the views. The furniture is designer and of very high quality from renowned brands such as Børge Mogensen's, Hay and Piet Hein. In addition, it has a luxurious community pool with sunbeds and a gym room. Perfectly communicated with the nearby towns of Torrox Costa and Nerja, in the heart of the eastern coast of Malaga in the new Balcón del Mar complex. From the street level there is access to the first floor which has a living room with TV and access to the first terrace, a designer kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, two bedrooms with TV and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a double bed with direct access to the second terrace with a designer dining table and it faces the sea, the first thing you see when you get up in the morning. From the second terrace you have access to the third terrace of this luxurious property where you have a sunbathing area with sunbeds and an outside shower to cool off on hot days. Two bedrooms face the sea, the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. We have stayed in this building several times since 2007 so the place is not new to us. We also stayed in this very apt last summer. We like that it is a fairly small building so the pool is never really busiy. We like that this apt feels like a homesee more
We have stayed in this building several times since 2007 so the place is not new to us. We also stayed in this very apt last summer. We like that it is a fairly small building so the pool is never really busiy. We like that this apt feels like a home and its great view of the mountains and the sea. We like that it is spacious and that it has a garage for the car. The building is however up on a hill and it probably takes a good 30 min to walk to the beach (with kids). There is a local bus but we have never tried it. A car is not necessary but definitely good to have and for elderly or families with younger kids almost a must. We were happy with everything. There was a major issue with the AC during our first two weeks. Not ideal in June-July. However CASASOL worked very hard to get this fixed. They also gave us fans and a refund for the ordeal. We are very happy with how this was handled.
