Apartment rental for months. If you are going to spend some time in Denia for work or leisure, this is your home. The price is designed for stays of 3 months or more. (€590/month) For shorter stays, contact us for prices. This price includes the cost of electricity and the water bill. You will not have any expenses extra. The apartment is located in Dénia (Zona de las Marinas km2, 400 meters from the beach) and has 1 bedroom with the option of a double bed or with the option of two single beds, as well as a sofa bed. Maximum capacity for 4 people. A set of sheets and towels included in the price. Kitchen integrated into the living room with ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower. It has air conditioning/heat pump in the living room. Apartment in urbanization with garden and community pool. Parking space inside the urbanization.
