Caro para el estado de la vivienda

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación de la vivienda en urbanización familiar y con plaza de garaje en el mismo complejo.
La terraza de la vivienda es lo mejor de la casa, con vistas al mar, amplia y confortable pero el estado general de la casa deja mucho que desear. Intalación eléctrica anticuada, baños color caramelo parcheados y con bañera sin agua con presión, con grifería de rosca y goteando. Puertas de la casa de tiempos remotos, asi como los armarios. Ventanas en el mismo estado que el resto de la casa, por no decir que faltaba la puerta que une el salon con la terraza.
En general vemos que el precio no se adecua con el estado deseable para pasar unas vacaciones en familia.
