El apartamento está muy bien, la cocina muy completa y la terraza espectacular. La urbanización tiene dos piscinas, pistas deportivas, parque infantil... Y la zona es muy tranquila, con playa de arena fina y no poco saturada.

Al llegar el apartamento estaba un poco sucio: había una mascarilla llena de pelusas debajo del mueble del salón, comida en el congelador...
